Your AHCA Bill of Rights
- We will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure your credit card safety.
- If at any time you do not wish to be contacted by AHCA, e-mail us at: ahcabookstore@ahca.org.
- AHCA Updates: As a customer, you will occasionally receive e-mail updates about important functional changes to the web site, new AHCA services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. However, if you do not wish to receive this information, please notify us via e-mail at: ahcabookstore@ahca.org.
- Privacy: AHCA does not sell or trade any information, including e-mail addresses, obtained through your purchase. AHCA will not release credit card or financial data for any purpose, except to verify credit card information.
Returns:
- All printed materials must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order; video purchases must be returned within 10 days from receipt of order.
- Products that contain or are available on CD-ROM or disk can not be returned if the package has been opened unless product is damaged.
- Products must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective and/or damaged in shipment, or the incorrect item was shipped.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Before returning a product you must call our customer service department at 1-800-321-0343 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number needs to be written on the return label and included inside the package.
