  1. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks.
  2. Is online ordering really secure?
    Yes, ordering from AHCA online is safe and secure. All information that you supply as a result of your purchase is confidential.
  3. What will my information be used for?
    Your information will be used solely to process your purchase. AHCA does not sell or trade any information, including e-mail addresses, obtained through your purchase. AHCA will not release credit card or financial data for any purpose except to verify credit card information.

  1. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. Special handling or priority shipping is available at customer's expense:

    UPS 2-Day Air - $15.00 surcharge plus regular shipping & handling charges
    UPS Next-Day - $25.00 surcharge plus regular shipping & handling charges
    UPS Next-Day AM - $45.00 surcharge plus regular shipping & handling charges
    UPS Saturday - $55.00 surcharge plus regular shipping & handling charges
  2. When will I receive my order?
    Most orders of in-stock items are shipped from the warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase, during a regular business week. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Shipping time varies widely, so please allow 8-10 days for delivery.
  3. When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from the warehouse.
  4. How can I check the status of my order?
    To check the status of your order, call 1-800-321-0343 to speak with a customer service representative.
  5. What if I have a problem with my order?

  6. What are your return policies?
    All printed materials must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order; video purchases must be returned within 10 days from receipt of order.

    Products must be returned in a re-sellable condition.

    Products that contain or/are available on CD-ROM or disk cannot be returned if the package has been opened unless product is damaged.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective and/or damaged in shipment, or the incorrect item was shipped.

    Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Before returning a product you must call our customer service department at 1-800-321-0343 and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number needs to be written on the return label and included inside the package.

    For District of Columbia and Maryland addresses only, add applicable sales tax:

    DC (6%), MD (6%)

    For tax-exempt organizations in the District of Columbia and Maryland, please call 1-800-321-0343. AHCA must have a copy of your exempt certificate on file to withhold tax charges from your order.
